It was called Visual Assist X. I love this plugin, but at $149, it is expensive. I mentioned this to my friend Dave, and he suggested another product called CodeRush. While I didn't find CodeRush as interesting as Visual Assist X, I was exploring their site and did come across something very interesting (and FREE!) - DXCore. DXCore is a free Visual Studio Plugin Framework provided by the developers of CodeRush. It allows you to easily write your own Visual Studio plugins without having to pay a lot of money for them.  I don't have any documentation, but you might try looking on Microsoft's MSDN Library site. It might have the documentation you need there.http://msdn.microsoft.com
